Let us come to you. Train in the comfort of your own home. No need of heavy gym equipment. Let us show you how you can get a great workout right at home.

Assessments
Body Composition Assessment
Measurements include height, weight waist circumference, hip circumference, chest, arms, and thighs. We calculate your body mass index (BMI), and waist-to-hip-ratio. These measurements can reveal if you are at risk of developing chronic ailments such as Type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. Results will provide a benchmark to evaluate your progress related to your fitness level.
Fitness Assessment
Based on a protocol developed by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology – Physical Activity Training for Health (PATH), components measured include heart rate and blood pressure, body composition, musculoskeletal fitness, flexibility, and estimated aerobic capacity. Results will provide valuable information for the development of your training program.
Assessment of Mood
Mens sana in corpore sano (“a healthy mind in a healthy body”). Our ability to adhere to health behaviors can be influenced by mood; and physical activity has been shown to improve one’s mood. By monitoring the fluctuation of your mood stats, we can tailor the program specifically to your needs.
Assessment of Body Image
Using a questionnaire with validated and reliable psychometric properties, we will identify which body areas are of concern to you. Results will provide valuable information for the development of your weight management and training program.
