Gisèle provides great instruction

“I have been training with Gisèle for three months now. Prior to our sessions I had regular leg, hip and knee pain and found it difficult to climb stairs. In addition I had very poor upper body strength or balance.

Through our regular sessions and individual training plan developed by Gisèle, my balance and strength have improved. More importantly my pain has decreased to zero.

Gisèle provides great instruction, is always watching my technique to ensure I have mastered it and is so encouraging. I am delighted to be working with Gisèle and seeing the results of our hard work.”

Over the past 5 months Edith has been taking strengthening exercises, posture correction lessons from you and she has made significant gains. It is unbelievable what she has accomplished with your help. As a husband we often just sit back and say nothing; but I feel in this case I must tell you what gains she has made. Prior to you working with her, her knees required regular injections so that she was not always in pain and now she is able to get out and almost walk my legs off. There has also been a noticeable improvement in her balance, upper body and core strength, shoulders back and over a very good frame of mind.

“I now do sets of 15 pound biceps curls as they are feathers in my hands. I went to that aerobics class AFTER a weight workout, and, – yep, you guessed it – I never sat down for the whole 30! I am now 167.8 pounds. I love not having to have a sweater around my waist!

But, the most important thing is -Dr. G. made me believe I can do it! Because every time I thought I’d give up, this petite lady passed another weight to me and said “you can do it!” And I did… And inches and pounds fell off…”
